500 grams of mutton and bone
200 grams of green beans, boil until broken
1 liter of instant coconut milk
500 ml of boiled water (or goat broth)
3 lemongrass sticks
5 cm galangal, geprek
4 bay leaves
Cooking oil for sautéing
Sweet soy sauce to taste
Fried onions to taste

Ground spices:
15 red onion grains
10 garlic cloves
6 cm turmeric, roasted and peeled
5 cm ginger, peeled
5 pecan nuts, roasted
1 tsp cumin
1 nutmeg
1 tsp coriander, roasted
Salt and white pepper to taste
Making Method:
1. Sauté the smooth spices.
2. Add the bay leaves, galangal and lemongrass that have been crushed.
3 Add the meat and the goat's bones.
4. Pour the water or broth, cook until boiling.
5. Add green beans, bring to the boil again.
6. Add thick coconut milk while stirring, add sweet soy sauce, cook until boiling.
7. Pour into a bowl, garnish with fried onions, slices of green chili and tomatoes.
